I am having difficult time uploading my file

this is my first time using jotform, I am trying to upload files and every time I drag and drop the file, the file opens and I cannot add anything. Please I need help my scholarship application is due this Friday.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We recently had a temporary issue with uploads. This issue was resolved by our developers and everything should be working fine now.  

If the issue still persists on your end, provide us a link of your form and tell us to exactly which field is the issue related to.
