Google Sheets integration: Unique code entered in the Spreadsheet to form widget is not being sent to integrated sheet

hi , when i enter the code data on spreadsheet to be populated to , the result i got are correct. but the result on google spreadsheet excel , is not include what type the code data. therefore i still lost information. how to see the data of what i typed when i receive the submission? 

can you assist to check on this ? 

I have tested the widget on my form and integrated with Google spreadsheet which seems to be working normally. Please make sure that you enable the option 'Submit Input Field value' in the widget wizard so that the data entered in the unique field is also captured to the submission.
