I'm still having this issue.
Previously you had me delete integration and then re-enable but that is not fixing the issue.
Any Ideas on whats going on here and how to fix it?
In the screen shot you can see that are coming through with the same exact submission ID

It looks like they accidently clicked the submission button multiple times or maybe they thought it wasn't working so they clicked it more also. In order to prevent multiple submissions from the same person coming through please set your Unique Submissions to " Strict Check " as depicted below. This will help to solve that problem.

Please pardon my previous answer, I just realized that this is coming from the same IP so disregard the second part about changing it to Strict, you may want to try a " Loose Check " instead and if the problem continues please let us know.

Hi Deygus....This Form is a personal form of mine.
I make sure not to click the button multiple times.
It is happeneing with multiple forms that I use

we already released a fix relating multiple spreadsheet submissions issue. It must have solved your problem. I am closing the ticket. Please update this thread if the problem persists.
