    I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER TWO HOURS FOR MY ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED. HOWEVER, I SEE EVERYONE ELSES ISSUES BEING RESPONDED TO RESOLVED IN MINUTES.



    ORIGINAL MESSAGE:

     

    WHAT IS GOING ON? THIS IS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. I SPENT THE BETTER PART OF TODAY BUILDING MY FORM AND OUT OF NOWHERE I AM SIGNED OUT. MY FORM SAYS ERROR ON MY WEBSITE AND I AM RECEIVING AN AUTO SUSPENSION MESSAGE WHEN I TRY TO SIGN BACK IN. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, I HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER TWO HOURS FOR A RESPONSE FROM JOTFORM. THREE(3) CUSTOMERS HAVE CONTACTED ME SO FAR STATING MY FORM IS DOWN. IM LOSING MONEY!!!!

     

    CUSTOMER NUMBER 7 HAS NOW CALLED IN WITH SAME COMPLAINT IN REGARDS TO THE ERROR MESSAGE AND NO FORM.
