I can't login my accont on android app.

I can't login in with the app. I keep getting "user name or password did not match"

I am a new user, I have verified my email. I am using my correct user name & not my email. I am using the correct password & I am connected to the Internet. 

I tried to log in my account on the android app and I was not able to replicate the issue. Perhaps you are entering incorrect credentials?

Try logging in your account to the website (https://www.jotform.com) using the credentials you're trying to enter on the android app. If you still receiving "username or password did not match" then you can reset your password to correct your password.
