Subtitle not centering on mobile device

I've saved and publish several times but subtitle still not centering on mobile application. Title of form is "Lover's In the Air Party" and subtitle "Vendor Registration" which is not centering on a mobile phone. Please review template for error. It appear on template preview as centered but not on a actual mobile device. We reviewed it from several different mobile phones and it's not centering. Thanks!
