I am trying to create a wholesale order form.  No payments are take on this form.  I need it password protected as the pricing is confidential.

I followed the instructions directly from your support team on a recent post:

I have now been autosuspended.  I would like to sign up to the paid plan, but if I can't password protect a form the product won't work for me.  Let me know, your support pages have some completely contradictory info from: "here's how to do it" to it violates our terms of use.  username amielleblanc email info@maritimemadness.com

I did check your form and found that you have added question label which includes "Password"  text. Please note that you should not use "Password" label in your form. You can use any other text like "authorization" or "code". We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.

I have deleted the "password" text from your form and activated your account again. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
