Please re-activate account and unban IP

    Hi,

    We have recently created a form with credit card details.

    This form was to be used for printed in store customers who come in. 


    It was never published live or on any website. 

    The account has been de-activated and the other form which we have been using since November is also offline. 

    You have banned our IP so we cannot even contact you via our provider.

    Can you please remove the offending fields or form, and re-activate the account as the other booking form we created is not a problem and uses Paypal to collect online booking funds.
