Give me a big discount.

Hi, I upgraded to Bronze last year, but did not use it at all.

I would like to renew, but considering I did not use it can you give me a big discount?

I see that you failed to renew the Bronze yearly plan with End of year sale discount. Unfortunately, we can't give you the discount since this ended on January 11 also our system would not allow us to do so.
