My forms are not opening on my website anymore. They time out.

Asked by lesearls on January 28, 2013 at 05:39 PM

    My website is www.HomeownerFortune.com

I use jotform for renter, seller & home buyer request forms.

None open now before timing out.

I disabled my wordpress plugins but it still does not help.

My forms look good on jotform.com but not on my website. None of my jot forms are showing up.

http://homeownerfortune.com/?page_id=37 (jotform for rental list ... does not show)

http://homeownerfortune.com/?page_id=257 (jotform for seller value report ... does not show)

    http://homeownerfortune.com/?page_id=74  (same thing)

    http://homeownerfortune.com/?page_id=43   (same thing)

Every jotform I have on homeownerfortune.com is not working

    All were working yesterday.

However,... on another website the form is working @ http://sabankrepo.com/

I cannot understand why they are not working on this website today?

    Hi,

We're having issues with CloudFlare, our security layer provider,  in some regions. (especially on jotform.us domain) so, it's been disabled temporary until the problem is fixed

To resolve it , please  clone your forms, and then embed cloned versions to your web pages. Cloned and new forms will be served from a different domain , so that they should not be affected by the issue.

    Thanks
