Account suspended

my account has been suspended because of a possible phishing attempt.  :( what do i do.  I filled out the form yesterday but I haven’t heard anything and I am trying to get our registration page published for a conference.    Please help!  Also what did I screw up to cause the phishing attempt.  😭
