Why can't we open files?

    Dear Jotform Team

    We have been using your program recently so applicants can fill in their data online. Filling out the data works flawlessly, but we can not see the files of the applicants and will be redirected to a page with Whoops 404. Could you please help us?

    You are unable to download uploaded files because you are not logged into your account. On the account settings page, you checked the "Require log-in to view uploaded files." Privacy option that is now preventing you to download the files because you are not logged in.
