Some forms not submitted

    Hello
    I got at least 2 of my clients, which submitted their feedback to me by a form I created in Jotform (code copied correctly into my websiteprogramm).
    It seems now, that I haven't received any of their submissions (does not appear in my Jotform inbox nor forwarded to my specified mailadress). On the other hand, to test it, I filled in zwice the same form on my website by myself and both submissions I received correctly, same like previous submissions of other clients.
    Any idea, where the 2 submissions of my clients went to...?

    They have probably not submitted the form or their submission didn't go through. I suggest you check them in your email history http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History. If there was no email log that states it is sent to their email address or if they did not get the autoresponder message from your form then the form was not submitted.

    If possible, please ask them to fill your form and submit it again.
