Why do you keep sending messages that my card failed and 2 day later bill payment is sent

    I have updated card info please get it right,  I do not want cancellation notices from you every month.

    Our apologies. The card update should fix the notice. But if you will receive an email again on February 18, please update this thread so that we can raise this to our billing team.
