Unable to access Jotform.com and getting a cloud flare message "one more step to access www.jotform.com".

    Hello - today I am being asked to fill out a captcha every time I access www.jotform.com and the screen returns while I am in the middle of working on my forms.

     

    The page reads "one more step to access www.jotform.com" and appears to be a cloud  flare page?

    Additionally I get an error in the upper right hand corner say "Opps - we couldn't load the widgets, refresh the page or dismiss."

     

    Also - I can't access the native macOS app, when I try and log in it shits down immediately.

    I have restarted my computer, changed networks, logged out, etc. The problems persist.

    Please help!

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    It must be asking you to input captcha text for security reasons by CDN. Once you prove that you are not bot, it should not ask it to you again.

    Thanks for your response. Unfortunately I had to fill out the captcha over 10 times today, while moving around my forms. Even came up while trying to submit this question. 

    I happen to have access to VPN and that has solved the problem, however it's not a permanent solution...

    It looks like that the issue may be caused by the CDN or ISP. It looks like that there are some issues at some locations with the CDN that you may check at https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/. Could you try checking if you are able to submit the form using the parameter ?noCDN=true at the end?

    We also request you to check with your ISP to check if something is blocked from their end.
