HIPAA: Box Integration request

    Hi, 

     

    It seems that you do not offer Box as an integration for HIPAA forms. We just upgraded our account to be HIPAA compliant, but we already had our Box integrations set up. It is my understanding that Box is a secure, HIPAA compliant system, so I don't understand why this would not be an option? We have a BAA directly with Box to ensure our data security as well. 

    Please advise. Is this something you will be adding in the future? If not, we may need to find another solution to our form needs.

    As far as I know, you can integrate HIPAA forms to Box: https://www.jotform.com/blog/hippa-compliant/

    Could you please try re-integrating your forms to Box again and let us know what error or what appears on your end?

    When I upgraded to the HIPAA compliant system, and went to "Integrations" the only options that show up are the following: 

    Google Sheets, Google Drive, Dropbox, Zapier, and Webhooks. 

    It does not list Box at all.

    I opened your form and search for "Box" integration and it's there. See the screenshot below.

    Could you please check and confirm if this is what you are looking for?

    If it's not showing on your end, try clearing your browser cache and cookies. That may work. However, if the issue still persists, send us a screenshot so we can further investigate this.

    Hi, 

    Yes here is a screenshot of what I see in our Integrations with the HIPAA Compliant Feature turned on.

    As you can see from the picture, there are only 6 integration options. Box is not shown here. I have cleared my cache and re-instated the Hipaa Compliant feature as well. I still only see these 6 available integrations. 

    Even if I search for "Box", it does not show up.

    Box integration is not available for the HIPAA Compliant accounts.

    I will raise your request to our developers. Please note that we cannot provide you with the exact time when and if this will be implemented. If there is any update we will inform you via this thread.

    I think that is a typo. I will double check it with my colleague Annable that posted that blog.

    I checked with my colleague and it was a mistake. Box and Salesforce integrations are still not available for the HIPAA complaint accounts. 

    We updated the blog post.

    We have good news for you! Box.com integration is available for HIPAA compliant accounts now. You can integrate your form to Box.com from Settings -> Integration page.
