Email template is showing answer that is not selected.

    On my form, if the user signs up for a bracket and team using a PC, an email is sent to the registrar that shows the bracket and team name selected on the form.  If however, the user signs up using a smart phone, my registrar receives an email that does not contain the info, only the fields.  One caveat is that if the player registers for 2 teams at one time, both sets of data does appear: team bracket and team name.  Examples of the emails sent are attached.

    Is that email from your Notification? I checked your email template and the unique name for terms and conditions is in the same box with "2nd team bracket and team name".

    Is the issue still persists? Could you let us know if we can send a test submission to the form to test it from our end?

    I made the changes you suggested and the problem still persists.  It is the notification email that is missing the information from the first team.   We are in test mode due to this problem so feel free to send as much test data as you’d like to.

    Hey Anne - I made some tests on my end and the notification works well. There is no missing value/data when I received the notification to my email. See the screenshot below.

    Could you please check the latest submission I made and confirm if the issue still persists?
