I have a form on my website https://alisonwestceramics.com/classes%2Ffiring-workshops which won't open on Firefox and Chrome. I'm a Mac user so works when I test it but several people cannot get the form on my website.
Plus, I am trying to add a form to one of my facebook pages https://www.facebook.com/pg/alisonandabifiringcourses/about/
and when I try to add a Jotform tab to link to a Book Now button, I get this message:
This page does not have permission to install the custom tab.

Regarding your first issue, please try re-embedding your form by using the iFrame embed method:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame-81064513843353" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" allowfullscreen="true" allow="geolocation; microphone; camera" src="https://form.jotformeu.com/firing/workshop-booking-form" frameborder="0" style="width: 1px; min-width: 100%; height:1838px; border:none;" scrolling="no" > </iframe>
And regarding the second issue with Facebook, they changed their API and it's no longer allowing Pages with fewer than 2k Likes to install custom tabs. Please check the related link: https://help.powr.io/hc/en-us/articles/360003062354-Facebook-This-page-does-not-have-permission-to-install-the-custom-tab-error
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!
