Form creation and encryption - need individualized forms that are HIPPA Compliant

We do have a HIPAA feature, you can read more here https://www.jotform.com/hipaa. The HIPAA can only be activated if you are on the Silver Plan, so you need to upgrade to enable.

Once HIPAA is activated, you will be migrated to our HIPAA-compliant servers. Your forms are automatically encrypted. You do not need to enable encryption on them. Here are other guides related to HIPAA compliance:
