Hi Jotform,
We use your service for our clients to submit the below form to us. A few clients have contacted us with issues with the form when uploading / submissing after they have completed filling in the form. Could you please assist us in checking that the form is still working for us. Thank you

Would you be able to know what exactly are the issues your clients are experiencing when submitting your form? Is there any error message? Or, specific steps to reproduce the issue?
I tried submitting the form using the link you shared and I was not able to reproduce the issue.
I also created a clone version of the form in my account and I also didn't encounter any issues there.
