For my form titled "Sign Up", since yesterday I have not been receiving autoresponder or notification emails. When I send test emails, I receive both of them. I do receive Notification Emails from other forms. I have had this problem with all my forms at one point, and whitelisted Jotform, and had them whitelist me. Not sure why this particular form just isn't working...

Your recipient email for the said form is: firstname.lastname@example.org and the same email for form auto responder.
Note that the Test Email button on the notification's wizard will only send notification to the email address that is associated to your account not to the email address entered on the notification's recipient email box. We have to do this to stop users using this feature to send spams. So to test your form submissions, you have to submit an actual submissions to your form.
