How do I disallow editing capabilities for employees who access jot form?

    Hi, I would like my staff to access the online forms and download them to our computers but I also don't want them to have editing capabilities or change my personal account information capabilities. Is there any way to incorporate separate passwords for employees for limited access to Jotform?

    Hi Dr. Leo,

    Unfortunately, Jotform currently don't have a sub-account feature available but the management already have this feature on record. We just can't give you an update about that.

    The only thing that make this possible is to share your account, but we don't advice that. It is always your decision to share your account details to everyone or not.
