Quota Limit Reached

I am currently on the free package. It states that my quota has been reached. I have deleted forms and submissions and it is still wanting me to upgrade. I am wondering how will I be able to keep the free package.

On testing your Form I noticed it is active. Have you embedded the Form in any website?

Could you please test it now and let us know if it is still disabled so that we would be able to take another look.
