Hi - We collect mailing addresses on our site to receive print copies of our magazine. Issue is we get a lot of international responses and currently the form is setup for US addresses (Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip, Country - all manual entry no choices) so they have to fit their address into the fields provided, which doesn't always work. is there a template for set of fields where someone would pick their country first from a dropdown list and it would then open up a set of fields that are correct for that country's mailing addresses? Ex: for Argentina it'd be Street Name, Postal Code, City/Town, etc) not Street, City, State, Zip Code.

Please check our Autocompleted Address widget https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/autocompleted_address. Let us know if this doesn't suit your needs, and we'll create a request ticket about it.
If you can also send us a demo, that would be great - we'll add it as our reference.
