Upon submitting a form, is it possible to include a field that pulls the visitor source? We don't want the visitor to enter how they found us, instead, we'd like the form to pull the information from the Google Analytics cookie or through any other method available. Ideally, each submitted form would include "Google Organic, Keyword" "Paid Search, Keyword" etc.

If Google Analytics have the ability to give you an iframe codes or any HTML codes for tracking then that is possible using our Free Text HTML Field under Power Tools in our form builder. If not then I am sorry to say that is also NOT possible.
One simple way to make this possible is the opposite to what you've say, add field to let them enter how they found you/your website.

Any development on this? Could you have the jotform collect the Google Custom URL details from the URL builder?
Or the value track code: http://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2375447?hl=en

Unfortunately, we do not have a built in feature to do this.
However, I will forward this as a feature request to our dev team.
Here is a link that is related and was also submitted to our dev team.
As soon as there are any ipdates on the matter, they will updae this thread
