Anchor link to form does not open in another page anymore.

Hello.  On page 6 of my form I have links to the pre-vasectomy instructions and the post-vasectomy instructions.  When these links were clicked on they used to open up the pdf in a new window so they could be reviewed.  For some reason this has changed and now it just takes the user to that pdf and away from my form they are filling out.  They then have to start the form over again.  How do I fix this.  Thanks.

I see what you mean. Just edit the anchor link and add "target = "_blank" . Adding that will open the PDF to a new tab.
