On the receiving end this is fine. But what about the question: How do I stop Gmail from putting the e-mails "I send" in others' GMail SPAM folders?

Emails from Jotform are sent to inbox by default. However, I believe it is not possible to do what you are looking for because it is the account of others and you have no access to it.

Well, this is a very rare situation that emails are placed in SPAM. If that happens to the specific user of your form then you can simply tell him to "mark it as not spam" so it will not go to the spam folder.

GMail is so damn rude that if a user with a GMail account e-mails me
first, and I reply, sometimes the replies go into their spam folder.  It
is not something that happens every time.  There are many GMail users
that get my e-mails, but it happens enough to be annoying.  These are
business e-mails.  Sometimes I have to copy the full e-mail and resend
from my Verizon account.  And those e-mails too have found their way
    into the GMail spam folder.
I have written Google about it, via the US Mail.  They need to move that
SPAM folder high in the list so users can see the little number and know
that there is something in there to take a glance at.  Instead of
placing the Spam folder so low in the list that you do not see it unless
you scroll down in your folders list.  I know the user can do this, but
GMail should do it.  Stop blocking real e-mails, and stop trying to hide
    that they are there.
Guess it is just all about Google ruling the world.

Since this question doesn't appear to be JotForm related, my best recommendation would be to contact Gmail support and see if they have any further insight.   We can make recommendations as to how to stop form emails from being filtered, but emails sent directly via your own email would be a question better suited for their support.
