We are your customer and paying JotForm subscription on a monthly basis. In December 2012 we upgraded payment method to annual basis and paid for two year subscription in one go [ link to invoice bellow]. Despite payment made in December 2012 for two years in advance I noticed you still charging us on a monthly basis as previously. Can you please let me know why does it happening and when you resolve it.

The 2 year upgrade was applied to a different account, liugerr . Do you wish to transfer the subscription to klevas account?

Was it transfered to Klevas account in the end? :)

You have to active accounts 1st one is liugerr and the 2nd one is klevas. My colleague ask you if you want your subscription to be transaferred to your other account which is klevas?
But upon checking your both account I can see that you have been paying for these accounts as Premium. If you need help with your accounts inform us by posting your query to this link http://www.jotform.com/contact
