Event registration - how do we stop taking payments when event is full

Asked by corinnebible on March 12, 2011 at 06:09 AM

We have been using JotForm very successfully for enrolment to our Charity Evening Classes.  We now would like to use PayPal to collect payments to our UK based bank (hopefully this is possible).

If a class has say 20 places, how do we stop payments being taken when the class is full.  Is there an automatic way, or do we have to monitor it manually and change the form manually.

    Regards,

    Corinne

    Hi Corinne,

Thanks for your message. Unfortunately you cannot limit the number of submissions for a form at this time. The workaround for now is to monitor your form's submissions report and manually disable the form once it reaches 20 valid submissions.

To disable a form, open the form on the form builder and set "Status: Disabled" from the Preferences button on the toolbar.

Hope you find this helpful. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
