Encryption key working wednesday night but not today.

I changed my encryption key on Wednesday night and have two keys to view my submitted forms with. Wednesday night I was able to view all the forms with Key #1 (before the change) and now today I can't access any of my first submissions with Key #1. Why.

Because the encryption key has changed. You need to use the updated encryption key (key#2). Please note that it is not possible to have multiple keys.

Perhaps it works when you try new because of delay changes. However, it will no longer work because you've created a new key.
