I accidently hit a "submit" button.

I just today receive your advertisement regarding "JOTFORM' and was reviewing the materials and accidently hit one of the "SUBMIT" buttons not knowing that it was "ACTIVE'. I noted that I now have only 9 instead of 10 free uses under your non-payment option. If I am going to try this product out I would at least like to start with all 10 ueses. Can that be reset???

    Hi Alfonso,

When you purchase a jotform subscription plan, you will not only get 10 but you will get 1000 uses. I would suggest that you upgrade from free to premium plan so you will be worry free from it.

    To add to that comment,

I see you have a free account:

    Alfscan - no submissions

and also a Guest account - which is autosuspended and has 1 submission.

I suggest that you please build your forms using your free acocunt.  Make sure to log in before starting to buid in order to be able to later edit/manage your forms.

Please let us know if you need further assistance!

    I think you missunderstood me...

You can have the free account as long as you want (and keep between the limits of the plan)  You can see the limit of each plan on our pricing page.

    I hope that helps :)
