Some users unable to sign our forms

    Dear JotForm staff,

    Some of our users report that they cannot sign these forms:

    https://form.jotform.com/62248163336960

    I had this trouble in the past and had to ask my anti-virus service (Norton) unblock the URLs associated with the signature functionality, but we'd rather not have to ask our clients to do go through this inconvenience. Is there any other way around this problem?

    Signature fields are working correctly for me at the moment. Do you have some more information on the problem? What browsers/devices are users using? This would help us to perform more tests to provide a proper suggestion. 

    In general, the widgets should work correctly for common browsers. However, if some third-party applications or connection on user's side are blocking the functionality, block should be lifted on that side. We have many users using signature fields, but we do not receive other reports on same problem.
