Missing Forms/Folder

    I had my Internal IT support technician change the login info from her's "cgilmet" to mine "kystevens", and she also changed the primary email address from her's "cgilmet@catalystsecure.com" to mine "kystevens@catalystsecure.com", and now the folder titled "Sshea" which contained all of our organization's forms regarding our apps and services is missing! Any support you can offer in the way of recovering our folder data would be greatly appreciated. Note: I also accidentally logged this request under another account "nhall@catalystsecure.com" without realizing I was not in my own account wherein the folder should live. I'm attaching a screenshot to help clarify my request.

    I have also checked the account associated with the email address — kystevens@catalystsecure.com with the username kystevens and it only has 1 form stored in it.

    I have also checked and there are no forms in its trash folder. However, the History page of your account also shows no forms were deleted/purged from your account and it only shows one form created on your account.

    You might be referring to another account. If possible, can you provide us the link to the forms that were missing, please? If the form(s) is embedded, you can provide us the website where it is embedded.

    Can you please look into locating a Catalyst Repository Systems Account under the user name Sshea, and please restore the folder from "cgilmet@catalystsecure.com"'s account titled "sshea". Looking at the account history makes no sense to me on my end. The URLs for our forms are as follows:
