Can you restore the deleted form?

    Once a form is deleted from My Forms folder, it will be moved to Trash Folder. It is possible to restore form from the Trash folder. Inside of this guide, you can find how to do it: How to Restore Deleted Forms 

    However if form is Purged, it is not possible to recover that form.
