My form is currently suspended as I need to remove the IBAN field

    Hello Jotform Team, 

    As explained above, could you please let me remove the field or remove it yourselves so that I can access the form again ? Thank you.

    The correct way to collect banking information depends on why you want to collect your customers banking information:

    If you are using the form in order to create a direct deposit or a refund you need to add our two mandatory widgets, that allows your customers to authorize the collection of their banking information:

    1. Add the Terms & Conditions Widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for your users to read and agree.

    2. Add a Signature Widget so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

    If you have created this form in order to collect payments I highly recommend you to use one of our "Payment Processors" in order to avoid non compliance.

    Your account has been reactivated, it is highly recommended for you to modify your form according to the guidelines previously mentioned as soon as you are able to login, in order to avoid a suspension.
