Is there anyway to have specific user access to form creation, edit and submissions?

I would like to be able to have users (form creators and editors) to be able to keep their own forms and submissions confidential from the other users who are all under the same account. We are a non-for-profit but need each division to be able to have their own forms and results separate from the others (but under 1 account). We use the free version of Jotform current but would like to do be able to do more. Thanks.

I have checked your account and it seems you have not enable sub-users.

Unfortunately, the sub-user feature has been discontinued.
