    Hello Support Team,

I'm planning to send my form submission to Google Drive. Since my students will have to fill out multiple forms, is it possible to send all of those form into ONE folder in Google Drive under that student's name.

    Thanks in advance.

Normally, the files will be separated into sub-folders with folder name similar to the file name of the PDF submission. Although there is a way to save all PDF submission files under ONE folder in Google Drive, the files will be having the same file name.

If you have other questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Hi Mike,

Thanks for the response. Correct, those files have to have to same name in order to save in ONE folder.

My question is if a user have to fill out multiple forms, how to save those form under the user's name.

For example, an user who name is ABC have to fill out Application form and Disclosure form. Normally, Jotform will save the Application PDF in Application folder and Disclosure PDF in Disclosure folder. I want to save Application PDF and Disclosure PDF in ABC (user's name) folder. Is it possible for me to do that?

You can actually set the name of your user to be the sub-folder name:

So each time your user enters his name, the submission will go to his folder:

The only issue is that the submissions in each folder will have the same name.

Please test and let us know if that works for you.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Sorry, it doesn't work. Please refer to the picture, it created the folder like that. It didn't create the folder as the user's name.

I have tested the Google Drive integration on my sample form and the sub folder name change seems to be working.

Kindly try to re-integrate Google Drive and let us know if the issue still remains.

Thank you, I figured it out.

Is it possible for me to change the name of the form instead of following the format.

According to the picture, all the PDF have the same name. I want them to change the name on each PDF relevant to the form's name.

Please try going to your PDF editor and try changing the PDF file name there:

    Hello,

    Thanks for your response.

I tried that, the name is correct when I download the file, but not when it is saved in my Google Drive. The PDF file in Google Drive is exactly the same as what I put under the Google Drive Integration.

For the Google Drive integration, the PDF file name depends on the sub-folder name.

    Hope this information helps.

    Hi,

Is it possible for us to change the PDF file to its name instead of the sub folder name?

The users have to fill out many forms, I want to save all of those PDF in 1 folder. Therefore, each form should be named differently.
