How to customize submission reports?

We create all these beautiful forms and then we cannot customize the reports ... am I missing a feature to customize the printout other than the few options to check and uncheck to the right of the print screen?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Please note that you cannot customize the look and feel of reports.

Do you mean to say that you want to customize the submission page and print it? Please note that you can take advantage of our "PDF Editor" feature to customize the submission PDF template. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/products/pdf-editor/
