Jotform rules not working on my form

    In addition to the issue reported for AT&T users, forms using the non-secure url are misbehaving. 



    The form is taking longer than usual to load and it seems the css and rules are not being applied.  This is affecting registrations for an event that is  1 month away.  Please advise.

    Below are links to a couple of screenshots.  The first one shows my form loaded using the following URL:

    As you can see, the stylesheets are not applied as you see field names after the entry fields and the field headers are listed as bulleted list items.  Also, the form has rules to hide the Adults and Children fields when the Payment option is "Pay on-line" (which is the default option) and to hide the Selections field when the Payment option is"Pay by check".

    The second screenshot shows the output from Firebug Net tab which shows that attempts to load the css and some other request are are aborted after about 50 seconds.

    Does that give you any problems?

    Also, the images you have shown me.  Can you please share the URL where your form is embedded?

    What I see on the form is not what is being shown on the images.

    If I load the following urls from my office network, they both load as expected.  If I load them from home (AT&T Uverse network), the secure form eventually times out with a connection timeout and the non-secure form loads with the issues I identified above.  I saw earlier today that there were issues with AT&T users accessing forms on but I can no longer find any information about this or tell if it has been resolved.

    By the way, when I point my browser address to, I immediately get the following message:


    Invalid Form URL
    This form is not available for this domain.

    Yes, like we explained in other threads

    According to our Security layer provider, CloudFlare, problem is related with AT&T's DNS servers.

    If you're not using AT&T as an ISP, it still may affect your connection if your ISP is working with AT&T.

    We suggest you to use Global DNS servers ( to, Google DNS Servers ( and or OpenDNS ( and

    @CloudFlare : The only issue we have seen with AT&T today is not actually with us (timing out well before it hits our network; appears to be a recursive DNS issue)

    At any rate, our technicians are working to get this resolved in our side, though the issue is most likely on AT&T side
