I am new to using Jotforms. What is the most secure way to create a form on a page using your tools for opting in and out of a monthly service? Perhap I need two forms? Will i get full reporting on those who opt in in another format other than email (such as csv?)

We have integration with MailChimp which is one of the frontliners when it comes to newsletter management. Although one might think that using JotForm to manage newsletters/opt-in service will be doable, it might not be tolerable in the long run as 'mail' is really a beast to work with.
That is also a reason why apps like MailChimp is focusing on this functionality alone. I will advise beforehand though that you need to invest some time with MailChimp as mail management really requires it.
