This is the 3rd time i've tried ot reach out to jotform and have gotten no reply! Is this form working? I need to change my payment options!

We really apologize for not getting back to you on a timely manner. In order for you to update your payment method , please look at the order reference that was sent to your email from FastSpring, at the bottom click on the link and then click on update payment method
