I have forms on 2 websites and starting yesterday and today none... NONE! of the forms work! I need help asap!!!!
I have used jotform for years now and never have had any problems but this is a HUGE problem! Help please! Thanks

According to our Security layer provider, CloudFlare, problem is related with AT&T's DNS servers.
If you're not using AT&T as an ISP, it still may affect your connection if your ISP is working with AT&T.
We suggest you to use Global DNS servers (22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199), Google DNS Servers (188.8.131.52 and 184.108.40.206) or OpenDNS (220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168).
@CloudFlare : The only issue we have seen with AT&T today is not actually with us (timing out well before it hits our network; appears to be a recursive DNS issue)
We are not completely sure , but you couñd try to bypass router settings by setting custom DNS servers directly in Windows.

So is this something that will be resolved in the near future? I mean any of my customer that come to the page that have ATT are not going to go mess with their DNS server...

Hi, you are correct on that. The customer should not be oblige to do this on their end.
My colleague EduardoMendez only means this as suggestion for temporary workaround. I assure you also that the management are doing everything to restore the proper services as soon as possible. We ask for your patience and understanding for the moment.
