I did the integration to Square and the transaction appears to go through (I received an email from Jotform both confirming the purchase and alerting me as the form owner), but there is no charge on the credit card or transaction posted on Square.
How do I finalize the integration?

Your form is in test mode:
You have to go to https://www.jotform.com/build/90338947977174 and switch the mode to Live.
