Hi Guys and Gals
I operate two JOTFORM accounts, one for my sailing club the other for my business.
When logged on to jotform for my sailing club, I can select any form I choose, view "submissions" and then generate a PDF of submissions via the button available - which is great.
However, when logged on as my business, the PDF button does not work! No PDF is generated, and the "progress" spinner for my browser just rotates for a long time before giving up with no error message.
In both cases, I am using the new "my forms" interface (which is very nice). Switching to the original "my forms" view makes no difference, neither does using IE instead of my preferred FFox browser.
The sailing club is a jotform premium account, whereas my business (just started) is still the basic free one - should that make any difference?

To answer your question, there should be no difference in the features available from a free account to a premium account. The only thing that changes is the submission limits and storage space.
I have tried ot reproduce the problem on your account, but I had no success. Are you still experiencing the problem?
Here is a video of my test:
If you are no longer experiencing this issue, what comes to mind is a temporary issue we had with our servers in the last couple of days. Some of our users were affected, however things should be back to normal.
If the issue continues, please let us know and we'll be glad to assist you!

Thanks for the quick response and the video clip.
The PDF button you clicked works fine for me – its the OTHER PDF button at the bottom alongside the Excel” and “csv” icon that does not work... see below

Unfortunately, I did not receive your attachment.
However, I have tested the other button and I also did not encounter any problem. Here is a short video:
May I ask where it is that you are logged into?
You may want to try a different domain to see if the problem continues.

have you tried logging directly to Jotform.com?
You should be able to access all your forms there as well.
Please give that a try and let us know if you are able to log in.
