Can your forms be integrated to Zendesk where it can uniquely identify the ticket it was asking Surveys for?
For example, once the Zendesk ticket is SOLVED, a survey will then be sent to the customer and one question in that jotform survey will correspond to a GOOD ro BAD csat in Zendesk for a certain ticket?

But I need it to get connected to Zendesk somehow so it knows what ticket it was asking surveys for and could edit the ticket as well to correspond to a good or bad CSAT based on the first question rating/scale - example 1 to 4 rating is BAD and 5 to 7 is good. -

Currently, we don't have direct integration with Zendesk.
You may use Zapier to connect JotForm with Zendesk.

I will forward a feature request to our developers regarding Zendesk Integration.
