Hi - When people register on our forms and hit 'submit'  The page is blank and he user has to scroll to the very top of the screen to see either the acknowledgement 'green tick' or sometimes they need to select 'submit' a 2nd time.

Many users don't scroll up for confirmation and we miss their registrations

How can we make the acknowledgement visible to the user with out having to scroll?

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

May we know if you have embedded your form into a web page? If yes, can you please share to use the webpage URL?

I have tested a cloned version of your form and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

    Thanks Richie,

The form you cloned is the only form not on our website and we havent had any problems with this one (murphys law!)

You can test on our link here - jsut using TEST as a name

    https://www.discoveryforteens.org.nz/page/apply-kids/

When you submit on this form you can see the bottom part of the thankyou page but if you don't type the correct submit code you cant see that unless you scroll right up to see the resubmit box

    Thanks

    Heather

You're right, the form won't automatically go to the top when you failed to entered the correct captcha or even when the form is submitted.

This is not its default behavior, it should suppose to jump to the top and adjust the frame height.

Anyway, to fix this, re-embed your form using iframe embed code http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. This will most likely fix the problem.
