How much longer can we expect your forms to be down and not working?

    Hi Eric,

    Have you tried changing your form domain from jotform.us to jotform.com? You can find it on your form embed code. e.g. http://www.jotform.com/form/123456789. Check if this helps.

    Unfortunately we can't provide a definite time to when the CloudFlare issue will be resolved but the team are working hard to rectify the problem.
