Why notification email sometimes depends on user email addess?

    Hi,

    I'm confused, and can't understad why I don't get a notification email when the user of the form enters my gmail email addess. All other addresses I've tried work.

    Is gmail special?

    Solved, the email notification ended up in spam-folder.

    It is good to know that you have solved your problem. Please mark the email from Jotform as not spam so it will not go to your spam folder again when you receive an email from Jotform.
