I have uploaded three documents using my website form and they all arrived in my Microsoft Outlook email however the three documents which were pdf word doc and an image had to be opened as follows:

pdf doc :I had to copy the link from outlook then paste directly in the program Adobe to open it it did work however I can see that the link sent to me does not open in the program directly.

Word doc: Same as above had to be opened in word

Image: Had to copy link and open it in my web browser both firefox and Internet explorer tested

What would be the best solution for you? Do you use any other web application that has a solution for this?

We have just released Dropbox support. Maybe that could work better for you. The files uploaded will be copied to your computer on the background. All you have to do is to open your dropbox folder and access your files.

To enable dropbox integration, go to submissions page and then click on the settings button on the right side. It is at the very bottom.

I have not really looked into a solution to this issue as I can still open the upoaded test documents,

I will try this drop box option and see how it works and will supply feedback in this forum ,but there is the point of the more I test, the less free documents I have to play with, Just a point

Thank you for the quick response

PS I will look into this much deeper on a free moment

You can delete your test submissions on Submissions page to gain the space back.
