I have a school form that has been working well but just today a teacher told me they referred a student via the form. When I went to take the student off the form I did not find them on the Google spreadsheet. I assumed the spreadsheet wasn't integrated right (even though it has been working just fine, even yesterday a few teachers used it). I filled out a blank form on the hosting site (google sites) and submitted my form. It didn't pop up on my integrated spreadsheet so I assumed it was an integration issue. I went to Jotform.com, logged in and looked under the "Submissions" tab and the only referral that was on there was the one the teacher had told me about- the one I was going to take off the spreadsheet. My mock submission wasn't on there. I tried several times with various comupters to see if I could have my form submission show up on the jotform OR google spreadsheet but nothing happened.
I need to know where my submissions are going and why they aren't showing in on Jotform OR on my spreadsheet. I'm assuming the reason they're not showing up on the spreadsheet is because they are not arriving on Jotform.
Any help would be great! I need this up and running again tonight! Plus, I'd like to know if other staff have used it and where their submissions might have gone!

Hello I'm very sorry about this becoming a problem for you. Currently on our side I can see that you have a 160 New Submissions with a few each day spanning the last few weeks so it looks like they are coming through on our end fine.
I've also noticed that when I pulled up the direct link to your form it is actually http://jotform.us/form/23325180731143 which on our jotform.us server and as of right now this particular server's CloudFlare has been disabled to due some current complications as per this thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/172162-Cloud-Flare-Issues-500-Internal-Server-Error and it will be fixed and re-enabled as soon as possible once we know what is going on with it.
Could you please try filling out a test submission with http://www.jotform.com/form/23325180731143 to see if this updates in your submissions and on google?
Please let us know if you are still having complications.

I updated using the .com link you provided but it did not show up on my jotform site or on my google spreadsheet. Is there any other option for me right now? The new form submission should say "Test Student" and "Test Teacher", etc... When do you think the .us server will be up and running again? When it is working correctly will I all of the sudden get a massive flood of any missing submissions not yet on Jotform? I don't mind breaking my google spreadsheet integration and then reconnecting them but I only want to do that if I know the issue is resolved on both ends.

Ok so the "Test Student" submission went through and is on the Jotform side of things so I'm going to assume the issue is now with my google integration. I guess I'll just reconnect them and go from there. Unless you have another idea.

When I click on the Google Spreadsheet integration link (to view my form online) it brings me to the same form I've been working with for the past few weeks. For some reason it stopped synching today and hasn't pulled anything over from the Jotform side of things.

To update the integrated spreadsheet, you will have to remove first the current integration on the form, then re-integrate. The spreadsheet will be refresh if you do this.
Please inform us of the results if you have done this already.
Also, this is how I see your website and the form on my end. Is this the updated form?
